Viggiano’s: where good food meets great service

Kristen Di Leonardo

A fantastic atmosphere, family-style dining, and gracious service – all describing one restaurant!

Over the past four years I have enjoyed numerous unforgettable dinners at Viggiano’s. It quickly became a favorite for my family and friends.

If you are looking for a great place to bring your family or friends to celebrate a special occasion or have a fabulous meal, I highly recommend Viggiano’s Italian Restaurant.

Viggiano’s is located in Conshohocken on East First Avenue. It is best known for its delicious authentic Italian cuisine and pleasant service.

Viggiano’s is family-friendly, so it would be a good choice to bring family if they come to visit you. The menu gives the option of family-style choices to share or individual entrees.

Every mouth-watering dish is nicely presented and served with a smile. One dish is more delicious than the next.

The restaurant has a rich family history that your server will gladly tell you about. Viggiano’s is a family-owned-and-operated restaurant, with every part of the large family involved in the business.

The management and staff at Viggiano’s make you feel like a part of their own family. They are hospitable, courteous, and eager to please; you feel like you are dining in their own home.

Although walk-ins are welcome at Viggiano’s, reservations are suggested. The warm and friendly atmosphere ensures the return of satisfied guests.

Each dish is moderately priced, as are the accompanying sides of pasta. Viggiano’s Italian Wedding soup and appetizers are not to be missed. With so many scrumptious choices, you may find it hard to choose.

At Viggiano’s, family-style dishes are meant to be shared, so I recommend trying a different combination each time you visit.

If you are looking for a romantic evening out, Viggiano’s is the place for couples as well.

An enchanting evening can be spent in one of the quiet candlelit corners of Viggiano’s. Some fortunate couples may be seated in the charming little buggy-like booths in the center of the restaurant.

Viggiano’s is BYOB (Bring your own bottle); if you forget your bottle of wine there is a quaint shop near the entrance where you can purchase one.

In addition to the superb food, the atmosphere is extraordinary. While awaiting your seating, you can wait on couches in Viggiano’s “living room”; there are also bar stools, a big screen television and a delightful fireplace.

You can also enjoy Viggiano’s at home. Carry out orders are available.

There is also entertainment by an accordionist on Friday nights at 7 p.m.
