The University’s Art Gallery received some attention for its latest exhibit this week as Sue Serio, weather anchor for Philadelphia station Fox 29 stopped by for a segment on the Caribbean Art Repository. The exhibit has been on display since Jan. 6 in the Villanova art gallery, located on the second floor of the Connelly Center. The exhibit features artwork from the Caribbean and is part of a larger collection of Caribbean artwork which originally began touring the world in 1991. The Curator of the exhibit is Professor Mercia M.T. Grassi, a Rosemont resident and marketing professor at Drexel University.
