To the Editor:This letter is in response to the article “Local band to perform at Sheehan Beach Festival.” The author failed to report this in a proper manner, giving false facts as well as name mistakes. First off, the Hofmanns mentioned in this article are very sensitive about the spelling of their last name. There is one “f” and two “n”s, a common mistake. Also, Rob plays bass, while Mak plays lead guitar. In addition, Mak contributes no vocals at all. I feel that the article was written in good taste, but the published information was incorrect. It’s not hard to read a Web site and find the correct information. Thanks.- Dan Bott
