1. You’re from Seattle, Wash. Is it hard being so far from home?Not really. I’m used to it, having lived in Australia and Canada. I’m used to meeting new people, and I like to think that I’m good at adapting to new situations.

2. Where is your favorite place in the world?Fiji. Enough said.

3. What is your favorite trashy TV show?”Real Housewives of Orange County.” I never, ever want to be like them … but secretly, I do.

4. What pet peeve annoys you more than anything?Jaywalking! It’s an unnecessary risk of your life. You just can’t break the rules.

5. You do lots of philanthropy work. What has been the most rewarding experience for you so far?Bigs and Littles. I wouldn’t trade my relationship with my little for anything. She’s my favorite part of Villanova. She’s so cute. I definitely plan on staying in touch with her even after I graduate. She’s nine, and she’s perfect.

6. What was the best class you ever took at Villanova?The Intro to Philosophy course I took as a freshman because I am still friends with everyone from my discussion class. Plus, asking questions that have no answer is fun.

7. Everyone complains about winter, but you are known to be a very positive person. What do you think is the best thing about winter?Oh my gosh, there are so many good things about winter! Snow days, hot chocolate, Starbucks red cups, snowboarding and onesie pajamas. But I like rainy days even better … everyone complains about them, but I like them.

8. What’s your favorite holiday?Arbor Day. Save the trees!

9. What’s something about you that not many people know?I’m part Japanese.

10. What was your most embarrassing moment at Villanova?Probably when I met Father Donohue during Orientation, and I got really red and couldn’t speak. I think he’s a celebrity. He’s the only priest that leaves me speechless.
