I just wanted to drop you a quick line and ask you a question. My name is Michael Witmer. I’m a free-lance cartoonist from Lancaster County and was wondering if you’d be interested in taking a look at my comic strip for the possibility of running it in your paper.

I know how budgets are and I’m not looking to make money. Right now i’m attempting to get syndicated and that’s next to impossible without a reader base.
