Just a comment, not quite a judgement, with regard to the cell phone feature. I think the University really should have waited to remove regular phone service from campus until it made a cellphone plan available to all students, and should have studied the situation more carefully. Long-Distance and overage minute charges are heafty and by removing the alternative, I expect parents will not be thrilled with the huge phone bills they will be receiving.

Oh, by the way, how are students going to learn responsibility when their parents are paying all their bills for them? 90% of current Villanova students’ parents pay their cell phone bills?
