Dear Editor,  The votes are in – the College Critics Association (CCA) weighed in on the top films of 2004 through the Second Annual College Critics’ Picks Poll.  Below, are the nationwide poll results (CCA is comprised of movie critics representing 137 colleges in the U.S.).
