PERKASIE GALLERY EXHIBITS LOCAL ARTIST’S WORK

Barone Studio is pleased to announce an exhibition of Bucks County artist, Michael Barone’s newest work to be held September 23 – 24. Barone Studio is located at 19B 7th Street, in Historic Perkasie, PA.

The exhibition entitled “Parental Advisory Explicit Images” features Barone’s artistic statements on current political and social events.

A recent review of Barone’s works said, “…Barone’s nudes are documents of great relevance. What is obscene? What is sexual? What is repression? These are issues Barone addresses through his skillful silver halides pieces that from darkness and light unveil flesh, sexuality, inhibition and conflict.”

An artist’s reception will be held Friday, September 23, 7 to 10 pm. Additional gallery hours are Saturday and Sunday 12 to 6pm.
