March 14 2003Letter to the EditorI was very disappointed to see that you chose to put the Men’s Basketball issue on theFrontpage of the Villanovan while the exciting BIG EAST Women’s Champ story was relegatedto the back page. Why is it that the women’s teams get poor publicity even here on campus.I was excited to see the Phila Inquirer chose to have the Victory on their FrontPage – howdisappointing that Villanova University’s paper did not! Hopefully in the future you willchoose to put the good news first – especially when it is such a major story!!Marybeth Avioli
