Grammar Check?

Hello.

“Lester: Wear a kid should always be a kid” is an article about children, clothing, sizes, etc…

To “wear a kid” do you have to skin them first, and cure them into leather? Or as alternative, make them in to lamp shades, as was done in Nazi Germany? Perhaps the correct word in the title is actually “Where?”

Or to make a point, should ‘wear’ have been enclosed in quotation marks?

Thanks.
