Women’s tennis had an 11-11 record last season.

Villanova’s women’s tennis team added a new recruit in Olivia Corcoran, who signed her national letter of intent to become a Wildcat. The women’s tennis team’s season concluded last spring with a loss to DePaul on April 21. In the 2022-23 season, the women’s tennis team finished with a 11-11 overall record.

Corcoran, from Cary, North Carolina, attends Green Hope High School. Corcoran has an overall record of 37-25. A junior captain, she won the NCHSAA 4A women’s individual state championship, solidifying herself as one of the top players in the state.

Corcoran is getting ready for her upcoming senior season as a second-year captain with a lot of experience. While she won’t see the court for Villanova until 2025, Corcoran is an exciting prospect that should be able to help the ‘Cats in a couple seasons.
