Dear Editor,

With this week being Respect for Life week at Villanova, I would just like to ask that respect for life continue after birth. Villanova has yet to respect the lives of workers in its house keeping and dining services sectors. Paying a living wage and creating the possibility to support a family would be a true reflection of Villanova’s commitment to life. Challenging America’s pro-choice morality without challenging America’s greed based economic system seems like a ‘pick and choose Catholicism’ verging on hypocrisy.
