The Villanovan Editorial Response to COVID-19 Situation
March 13, 2020
Dear Villanova students, alumni, parents and community,
We know it has been crazy. We know it has been chaotic. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, we want you to know that we are here for you. As Co-Editors-in-Chief, we decided at the beginning of our term that we hoped to make The Villanovan more digital. Although this is not how we hoped to achieve that goal, we are looking to make the most of this situation, helping our peers and community along the way.
The Villanovan will still be publishing regular content on our website and on social media platforms. While classes are online and dorms are still open for the time being, we understand that many students have chosen to go home. We serve the students and the Villanova community, and we want to be here to serve you during this hard time. The Villanovan is looking to bridge the gap between home and school, looking to be a provider of reliable news for our community both on and off campus.
As the fluid situation evolves, we are here for you, Villanova. If you would like to reach out to us directly, please email [email protected] with any comments and concerns. We will do our best to be a resource to our peers during this time of uncertainty.
Best wishes and stay healthy,
Emily Cox and Tyler Kemp
Co-Editors-in-Chief
