On Friday, June 13, Villanova women’s basketball and head coach Denise Dillon announced in a release that Brooke Mullin (‘23) would be returning to the program as the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations.
Mullin spent four seasons at Villanova as a player from 2019 to 2023. She was a part of two NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Sweet 16 during the 2022-23 season.
After graduating from Villanova, she transferred to Drexel University as a graduate student, where she played for the Dragons for one season.
In her five collegiate seasons, Mullin averaged 5.1 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists. During her final collegiate season at Drexel, she averaged 10.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists. The Dragons went on to win the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) championship, and Mullin was named to the All-Tournament team.
Mullin spent the 2024-25 season with Drexel after joining the Dragons’ coaching staff as a graduate assistant.
Villanova women’s basketball is currently on campus for summer workouts before pausing for a break and returning in August.
