Dear Villanovan Staff,

I contacted your offices on December 13, 2001, to request a one semester subscription be sent to my grandfather, a member of Villanova’s Class of ’38.

The staff member I spoke with, Rebecca, was very helpful, and assured me that, upon receipt of my check, a subscription would be mailed to Mr. Joseph Barsin at 357 Joel Boulevard in Lehigh Acres, FL.

My grandfather has returned to NY for the summer and advises me that he only received one issue of the paper. I am very disappointed. He is a huge Villanova basketball fan, and I hoped the paper would keep him informed.

Would you please let me know what happened to his subscription and what you will do to rememdy the situation?
