As a Catholic, I am amazed that a University that professes the same faith chooses to honor someone who has not only taken a life but who also took her own life. Despite the horrific fact that the life taken was her own child, it would appear that Mine Ener violated the precepts of the faith that would have, in a saner time, banished her from anything Catholic and holy according to the faith.

How sad that Villanova University has denegrated its stature in this way,
