Don Juan Demarco (1995)

A retired psychiatrist (Marlon Brando) brings Don Juan in (Johnny Depp) to help him discover his “true” identity. For ten days Don Juan tells the old man his moving and passionate life story. Moulin Rouge (2001)

Satine (Nicole Kidman), the sparkling diamond, is a prostitute at the Moulin Rouge, and Christian (Ewan McGregor), a penniless poet, falls in love with her. She is reluctant to let herself love him because of their differences and her initial love of riches. Eventually they fall deeply in love though everyone tries to keep them apart. While trying to do what is best for each other, they are ultimately torn apart. In the end, death can’t stop their love.

Notting Hill (1999)

She’s a famous movie star and he’s an ordinary bookstore owner. William Thacker (Hugh Grant) is in love with the most beautiful woman in the world, Anna Scott (Julia Roberts). The problem is that the paparazzi can’t let her have a normal love. The two come to face the crucial question: “Can two people fall in love with the whole world watching?”

The Notebook (2004)

You never forget your first love and nothing can keep you from him or her. This is a story read by a husband to a wife suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. It is their story that brings her back.
