1. What was the last article of clothing you bought?

The fabulous red track suit shown in my picture. I bought it as a joke in Ireland to wear back on the plane. Little did I know that there was a lady on my flight wearing the same track suit.

2. What was your favorite childhood TV show?

“Legends of the Hidden Temple.” Let’s go Green Monkeys!

3. iPhone or Blackberry?

Blackberry. Mine never leaves my side either. I am one of those obnoxious kids who sit in class sending e-mails and texting away. I don’t think I could live without my phone.

4. If you could be one character in a Disney movie, who would you be and why?

I always wanted to be Lumiere from “Beauty and the Beast.” How cool would it be to have candlesticks as hands? It’s like the less scary, dining room table version of Edward Scissorhands.

5. What is your favorite movie quote?

My favorite movie quote comes from Mouth in “The Goonies” while he’s at the old moss garden wishing well: “This one, this one right here. This was my dream, my wish. And it didn’t come true. I’m taking it back. I’m taking them all back.” Then he dives into the water.

6. What is your favorite holiday?

As an English major, obviously my favorite holiday is Bloomsday. Observed on June 16, we celebrate the life of Irish writer James Joyce and the events in his awesome novel “Ulysses.” This past year, we made T-shirts to commemorate the day.

7. If you could have dinner with one famous person, who would it be, and what would you eat?

It’s a bit of an unorthodox answer, but I’d dine with Angela Lansbury any day. As a kid, I’d watch “Murder, She Wrote” marathons and fell in love with her. She is brilliant. I don’t know what the main course would be, perhaps Shepherd’s Pie. But, mashed potatoes need to be on the table!

10. What is your favorite chick flick?

“Mean Girls!” What other movie would I spend my Friday nights watching?

8. Do you have any funny nicknames?

I am not sure about nicknames. I get Yandolini a lot. Some people call me Seamus. But, I think that the name I like the best is Chives.

9. What’s your go-to karaoke song?

“I Wanna Dance With Somebody” by my girl Whitney Houston. It’s a great tune to bust out while at the bar, stuck in traffic or while in the shower.
