Letter to the Editor

To the editor,

As the logistics intern for the Office of Health Promotion, I was excited to see The Villanovan’s acknowledgement of the “Love the Skin You’re In” fashion show. It is a worthwhile and exciting event that attracts many members of the Villanova community with a positive message.

The size of the event necessitates an immense amount of on-campus support, and it was great to see that hard work recognized.

Unfortunately, not all of the organizations that contributed to the event’s success were acknowledged in the article. I would like to take this opportunity to amend the article and publically thank the contributing organizations.

Sponsoring the event were Career Services, Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, Office of Health Promotion and Residence Life. Hosting organizations included Alpha Chi Omega, Athletics, Clay Center at VSB, Delta Delta Delta and the University Counseling Center.

The sixth annual “Love the Skin You’re In” event could not have been as successful without the contributions of hardworking members, monetary support and creative ideas from these departments and organizations.
